Do not immerse in water, wipe clean.
Our decoupage is handmade to order in our New York studio using reproduced imagery from John Derian’s vast collection of antique and vintage prints. Trained artisans cut and collage our designs onto handblown glass. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production.

Our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers lets us offer a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Before shipment, all items will be thoroughly examined and securely secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Our commitment to become the biggest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. These warehouses are situated in Europe just as they are in the USA.
Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing periods according to each item.
Prior to shipping Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may change at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy is for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
